He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Hoebeke and Rosa Lee Hoebeke (Linderer); his wife Peri Hoebeke; his in-laws, Jerry and Fran Dutmers; his brother Raymond Hoebeke; and his brother-in-law Nick Baker.
He is survived by: his daughters, Laura Winick (Mike), Mariea Heeringa (Jim) and Patricia Hensen (Mark); his grandchildren, Aaron Winick (Audrie), Frank Heeringa (Rebecca), Tessa Heeringa (Allen), Joel Morgan (Huda) and Kolin Morgan (KayLee); his great grandchildren, Daniel, Phoebe, Donovan Heeringa, Sara Morgan and Cash Bibler (Heeringa); and his siblings, Lynne Baker, Jerry Dutmers (Ginny) and Christine Sanfilippo (Dominic). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Kiwanis Club of West Michigan in Frank's memory.
