He is survived by: his daughter Holly Culp (Randy) of Carmel; his granddaughters, Dayna Egan (Gregory) and Meghan Edwards (Henry); his great grandchild Brooklyn; his grandchild Keegan Culp (Caroline); his great grandchild Connor; his son Chad Perkins (Peggy) of Dunlap; his grandchildren, Schyler Perkins, Megan Niezgucki (Jason) and Matthew Krueger (Jessica); his stepchildren, Lisa Paoletti, Romano Paoletti and Amanda Wheeler (John); his stepgrandchildren, Lyric and Canyon Wheeler; his pet Maddie; Norma Jean Perkins.
