He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl McKinney and Jane McKinney (Irelan). He is survived by: his wife Judith A. Jackson; his daughters, Rhea Jackson and Megan McKinney; and his grandchildren, Mariah Jackson (Shawn McGowen), Elijah Pratt, Isaiah Pratt and Moneiah Burgess.
