With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Sheila Ann Taylor (Ada, Michigan), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Sheila Ann left this world on September 18, 2025 at the age of 85, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her husband David John Taylor Sr.; her parents, V. Lee Wilson and Georgetta Wilson; her sister Doris; her brother-in-law Larry Rice; her sister Linda; and her siblings-in-law, Tom Randall, Bill, Hearald, Don Taylor, Dorothy Kipp, Ruth Stiles, Alice Taylor and Edith Taylor.
She is survived by: her children, David John Taylor Jr. (Monica), Miriam Taylor Crawford, Deborah Taylor, Naomi Hayes (Daniel), Ruth Taylor and Rebekah Croel (Brian); her brother-in-law Ron Taylor; her siblings, Glenda Wallis (John), Don Wilson (Jerri), Ron Wilson (Margie) and Karen Cline (Gene); and her sisters-in-law, Kay Taylor and Geraldine Taylor. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Forest Hills Bible Chapel (4637 Ada Dr SE, Ada, MI 49301).
In honor of Sheila and in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Forest Hills Bible Chapel or Edison Christian Life Services.
