He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Lee and Marion Bowersox; his former wife Dianne Bowersox; his son Shawn Bowersox; and his sister Mary Alice Roberts.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Bowersox (VanOosten); his daughter Berriann Bowersox; his granddaughter Melissa Brown; his stepson Matt Berry (Denise); his stepgrandchildren, Spencer, Janson, Christian and Allison; his stepson Paul Berry-Tornow (Jason); his brother Jerry; his siblings-in-law, Dan Hempker and Marie Hempker; his nieces and nephews, Tracey, Susan, Christian, Patrick and Matthew; and his pet Tikki.
