He was predeceased by: his parents, Herald J. Drake and Erma Drake (Lawrence); his siblings, Elwyn Drake (Helen) and Jean Harsh (Leonard); his in-laws, George and Mildred Tilden; and his siblings-in-law, Ruth Ann, Sherry, Carol and Wayne Tilden (Ruth).
He is survived by: his wife Marian Joyce (Tilden); his children, Rob Drake (Pat), Kathy Bosse (Carlton), Tom Drake and Joe Drake (Sandy); his grandchildren, Addam, Nate, Brian (Nora), Brent, Kayla Wilson (Adam), Jacob Bosse, Alan, Calvin and Ashley; his great grandchildren, Noah, Adrianna, Brody, Isaiah, Gracie, Madelynn and Colton; Chuck, Elaine Tilden, Bill Tilden and Gloria Rainey (Steve).
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, December 7th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Brown-Van Hemert Funeral Home (122 N Steer St, Addison, MI 49220).
