He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Cieslinski and Lucille Cieslinski (Grawbowski); and his siblings, Eleanor A. Poplawski and Joseph Cieslinski. He is survived by: his wife Deanna C. Sudek of Barbara's Catholic Church; and his children, Leah Preskin, Marcy Blakemore (Tim) and Alex (Marla Barman).
