She was predeceased by: her parents, James Harper and Agnes Harper (Godsey); and her siblings, Evelyne Elliott, Roxine Figy, Mary Raper, Lawrence Harper and Arnold Harper.
She is survived by: her son William "Arnie" Gallagher; and her grandchildren, Jessica, Scott and Brandelyn. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter.
