He was predeceased by: his parents, William Raymond Lewis and Nina Myrtle Ayers Lewis; and his siblings, William Lewis (Jack), Alton Lee Lewis, Dreama Lewis, Louise Lattie, Sally Ellis, Phyllis Roop, Dorrie Vest and Joy Dobbs.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Ruth; his daughters, Donna J. Lewis and Julie A. Lewis (Scott D. McBeath); his grandson Devon Lewis of Belleville, MI.; and his siblings, Joan Terry of Sun, WV, Judith, Carolyn Diane McKinney of Oak Hill, WV., Williard Lewis (Sonny) of Panama City, FL, Clinton Pannell Lewis of Pineville, WV and Rabon Allen Lewis of Beckley, WV..
