He was predeceased by : his parents, Henry Boothe and Hila Boothe (Staley); and his sisters, Mary Cook and Joanne Day. He is survived by : his wife Linda Boothe; his daughters, Cherie Karl (Robert) and Elizabeth Nortley (Steve); his grandchildren, Nathan Dettling, Steven Dettling (Rebecca Wisniewski), Kyle Nortley and Charles Nortley; and his siblings, Belinda Sawdey and J. P. Boothe. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
