He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Borkowicz and Charlotte Borkowicz (Dankowski); and his sister-in-law Susan Borkowicz. He is survived by: his wife Denise Borkowicz; his sons, Jeffery Borkowicz (Jeanine) of Antioch, IL, Brian Borkowicz (Michelle) of Geneva, IL and Peter Borkowicz of Joppa, MD; and his brothers, Paul Borkowicz of Pingree Grove, IL and Ralph Borkowicz (Candace) of Glenview, IL. He is also survived by grandchildren.
