She was predeceased by: her spouse Dale C. Welshans; and her sister Kristi Loy. She is survived by: her children, Dale Welshans, Jr. (Dana) of Skandia, Beth Carroll (Diana) of Monroe and Melanie Hebenstreit (Joshua) of Cement City; and her grandchildren, Wayne, Allen, Johnny, Lucas, Madison, Amber and Autumn. She is also survived by five great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
