He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Preston and Clara Mobley (Amstutz); his wife Ardis Ann Purple; his grandparents, Sarah, Sam Amstutz, Carlo and Nancy Mobley; his sons, Jeffrey Mobley and Bradley Mobley; his brothers, Bill Mobley, Carl Mobley and Clarence; and his granddaughter Marissa Mobley.
He is survived by: his sons, Norman Mobley (Bonnie) of St. Joseph, MI and Rodney Mobley; his sister Nancy Osborn (Gary) of Newfane, N. Y.; and his grandchildren, Ryan Mobley, Jenna Mobley, Natalie Mobley, Rowan and Cillian Mobley.
