The memory of Gary L. Mathis of Adrian, Michigan, who passed away on October 10, 2025 at the age of 72, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Thomas and Era Leola Mathis (Tanner). He is survived by: his wife Mariann Roberts; his sons, David Mathis (Brynn) and Jacob Mathis; and his siblings, Lynn Mathis (Joann), Dairl Mathis (Lawrie), Danny Mathis (Cindy), Sandy Parafin (Peter) and Jon Mathis (Kim).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Anderson-Marry Funeral Home – Adrian (3050 W Beecher Rd, Adrian, MI 49221). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Hunt Cemetery.
Memorial contributions in honor of Gary may be made to Hospice of Lenawee.
