He was predeceased by : his parents, Clarence Reynolds and Gladys Reynolds (Oesterle); his former life partner Marilyn Maschino; his wife Nancy Taylor Fisher; his brother Ronald; and his son David Reynolds.

He is survived by : his children, Robert Reynolds (Kim) of Tucson, Brad Campbell (Cindy) of Canton, Bari Campbell (Jan) of Brooklyn, Michael Fisher (France) of Charlotte, Douglas Fisher of Tecumseh, Jeffrey Fisher (Meredith Wullkotte) of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Kathy Maples (Chris) of Jackson, Sharon Miller of Clinton, Licia Willnow of Adrian, Cay Hedy of Adrian and Jan Campbell of California; and his sister-in-law Joyce.
