He was predeceased by: his father Robert Franklin Wheaton; his sister Robbin Renee (Johnny) Garza (Wheaton); his aunts, Pam Horvatin and Hazel Gooding; and his uncle Claire Junior Wheaton.
He is survived by: his mother Kaye Wheaton (Fred) of Adrian; his wife Lisa; his stepmother Edna Harrold of Salem, Indiana; his siblings, Robert "Kevin" Wheaton (Jennie) of Addison, Ted Young (Sarah) of Adrian, Tina Shafer (Kevin) of Jonesville, Danny Williams of Jonesville and Rachelle Schmaelzle of Crestview, Florida; his aunt Sharon Hartley; and his godchildren, Cody Lowe, Joey Palmer and Mariah Earnst. He is also survived by nine nieces; 10 nephews; 14 great nieces; 12 great nephews; one great-great nephew; 10 cousins.
