He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Myers and Armella Myers (Frederick); and his siblings, Larry, Paul Jr., Janice, Arletta, Susan, Naomi and Noreen.

He is survived by: his wife Lois E. Ferguson; his children, Keith Myers (Cheryl) and Katherine DeLaCruz (David); and his grandchildren, Nikki Orlando (Greg), Austin DeLaCruz (Kori), Ashley Long (Kevin) and Chelsea Logan (Hunter). He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions in honor of Jerry may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Hospice of Lenawee.
