He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hickman and Mary Hickman (Estep); his son Ricky Armstrong; his great grandchild Memphis Shaffer; his brother-in-law Bob Burton; and his father-in-law Jerry Bice.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Hickman (Bice); his children, Jamie Clark (Jeremy) and Ryan Hickman; his grandchildren, Carley, Caleb, Nicolas, Sophia, Ava, Chloe and Gracee; his great grandchildren, McKenzie, Madalyne, Maddox, Marleigh and Maverick; his siblings, Jim Hickman (Pat), John Hickman (Deb), Herman Hickman (Judy) and Judy Burton; and his mother-in-law Lillie Bice. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
