She was predeceased by: her father Jimmie McKinney; her stepfather Donald Barrett; her siblings, Jimmie Dale McKinney and Glenda Lou "Dee" Bradish (Rod); her daughter Toni Elizardo; and her stepdaughter Cynthia Powell.
She is survived by: her mother Dorothy McKinney of Adrian, MI; her siblings, Terry McKinney and Betty Gonzalez (Gilbert); her children, Terrie Belcher and Arturo "Jay" Elizardo Jr. (Julie Elizardo); her stepdaughter Tina Lozano (Mark); and her grandchildren, Joshura Elizardo of Adrian, Jerry, Brian (Sarah), Adam Fick (Landa) of Adrian, Chandler, Jaelyn, Brennan, Kaden, Jayce Elizardo of Tecumseh, Jessica Elizardo of Adrian, Gordy Powell of Tallahassee and Casandra Powell of Tallahassee. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
