She was predeceased by: her parents, Sebert Kope and Maxine Kope (Wollet); her husband Gordon Forrest; her son Stephen Hoover; her brothers, Lester Kope, Sebert "Bud" Kope and Frank Kope; her siblings-in-law, Connie Kope, Pat Kope, Earl Stoyk and Rodney Bellman; and her siblings' children, Michael Kope, Cathryn Kope and Susan Kope.
She is survived by: her daughter Machell Boies (Clifton); her grandchildren, Michael Boies (Catherine) and Meggin Pringle; her siblings, Stephen Kope, Charles Kope (Patty), Jean Stoyk and Dee Bellman; and her sister-in-law Marge Kope.
