She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Pawlicki; her parents, James Conkin and Intha Windom; and her sister Kathy Conklin. She is survived by: her children, Sarah Underwood (Mark), Jenny Summers (Steve) and Michael Conrad (Rachel); and her sisters, Teresa Keyes (Jeff), Vicki White and Linda Simons.
