Richard Packard Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Packard and Ruth Packard (Holmes); and his siblings, Bruce, Barry, Brian, Terry, Tim Packard and Brynn Tiede.

He is survived by: his daughter Cynthia Ferguson (Tim) of Bellevue; his grandsons, Evan Cendrowski, Tyler Jospeh (Kaitlyn) and Maddox Good; his great grandchild Nate; and his close friends, Laynette Bumgarner and Nick Sargent (Tammy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
