Rochelle leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Rochelle’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. She is survived by: her children, Sarah Kope (Patrick), Joshua Montecinos (Emily), Caleb Montecinos, Samuel Montecinos, Jonathan Adkins, Jeremiah Adkins and Liberty Steele; and her parents, Donald Bowen (Delores) and Kristine (Timothy Schaffer). She is also survived by six siblings, and seemingly countless other relatives.
