He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Patton and Marilyn Patton (Kammer); and his brother Russell Patton. He is survived by: his wife Gertrude Butler; his son Jeffrey Patton; and his siblings, Connie Trissell, Michael Patton (Debbie) and Terri Treanor. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
