He was predeceased by: his parents, Philippe Torres and Estella Torres (Salas); his daughter Sylvia Torres; his grandson James Welsh; his siblings, Jesse, Phil, Paul Torres, Rosa and Melody Torres; and his parents-in-law, Tom and Thelma Hernandez.
He is survived by: his wife Rosalie Hernandez; his children, Santiago Torres, Jr. (Traci), Steve Torres, Jacob Torres (Chasity), Theresa Welsh (Darrel) and Rachel Torres; and his siblings, Pete, Joe Torres, Joe Ramirez, Kina Casarez, Margaret Hughes, Maria Mota and Estella Wimberly.
Memorial donations in Santiago's memory may be given to the family for future consideration.
