It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley J. Conrad of Adrian, Michigan, who passed away on August 23, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Shirley shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Shirley farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Emery Smith and Pearl Smith (Livermore); and her husband Charles Conrad. She is survived by: her children, Kenneth E. Wilson of Adrian, Lois M. Ward (David) of Adrian, Patricia A. Johnson (Steve) of Adrian and Karen L. Ely (David) of Tecumseh; and her stepchildren, Randall E. Conrad (Karen) and Charlene Mayfield (Daniel) of Adrian. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and four great-great grandchildren.
