She was predeceased by: her parents, Lynn Clement and Shirley Clement (Ringman); her stepmother Betty Clement; and her brother David Adams. She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Fields; her former husband Douglas Fields; her grandchildren, Brittney Jackson (Jomar) and Brian Howland (Desiree); her great grandchildren, Briana, Luke, Lauryn, Brian Jr., Jordan, Camryn and Jomar Jr.; her sisters, Bonnie Summerford (Jim), Linda Noveskey (Bill) and Diana Sell (Dan); and her pet Bella.
