She was predeceased by: her father Pablo Ybarra; her siblings, Jonny Ybarra (Chatto), Betty Villarreal, Lupe Ybarra and Gloria Ybarra; and her great grandchild Edward James Phipps Jr..
She is survived by: her mother Janie Ybarra (Gauna); her husband Luis Flores; her children, Louis Flores, Tiffany Jones (David), Anthony Flores (Charysse) and Raymond Flores (Emily); and her siblings, Jimmy Ybarra (Vicky), Pablo Ybarra, Maryanne Ybarra, Margaret McKinny and Christina Moreno. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions in honor of Vicky are suggested to benefit Holy Family Parish St. Mary Campus.
