We announce the death of Walter Franke (Adrian, Michigan), who passed away on July 21, 2026, at the age of 79. Walter will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Kurt Franke and Betty Franke (Edwards); and his sister Susan Herman. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Langham; his children, Holly Terrill (George), Heather Lake (Dave) and Frank Franke (Rachel); his grandchildren, Gabriel, CJ, Dorian, Dane, Corwin and Sawyer; and his siblings, Virginia Wise (Ron) and Russell Franke (April).
