He was predeceased by: his parents, Ward Thompson Moulton Jr. (Guy) and Catherine Moulton (Mahone); his stepfather William Drewery; his parents-in-law, Richard and Donnalee Jarrett; and his sister Theresa "Terry" Ballard.
He is survived by: his wife Paula S. Moulton (Jarrett); his daughters, Audra Moulton and Lara Moulton; his grandchildren, Paige Givinsky, Alyssa Perez (Shamar), Ashlynn Robidoux, Averie Robidoux, Kathleen Moulton, Lane Moulton, Joseph Moulton and Isabella Houghton; his great grandchild Kiori Perez; and his nephew William Apperson.
