He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond R. Smith and Maude R. Smith (Crosby). He is survived by: his children, Laura Nowlen (Jeff), Dwayne Smith (Terri), Wendy James (David), Amy Moorman-Minton (Wayne) and Beth Cragg (Kevin); and his grandchildren, Amanda (Dan), Tracy (Don), Matthew (Stephanie), Taylor, Zachary (Kaitie), Benjamin (Nate), Rachel (Shantanu), Eric, Kayla (Andrew) and Kelsey. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Dale's family will be present to receive visitors at the church on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 11:30 a.m. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider memorial contributions to Colwood Church.
