She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Louis and Fern Marie Severance (Kelley); her grandson-in-law Daryne Gailey; and her great grandchild Charley Lillian Hendrick. She is survived by: her husband Dale Duane Smith; her children, Laura Nowlen (Jeff), Dwayne Smith (Terri), Wendy James (David), Amy Moorman-Minton (Wayne) and Beth Cragg (Kevin); her grandchildren, Amanda (Dan Klavitter), Tracy (Don), Matthew (Stephanie), Taylor, Zachary (Kaitie), Benjamin (Nate), Rachel (Shantanu), Eric, Kayla (Andrew) and Kelsey; and her siblings, Charlie Severance (Rita Haag) and Sheryl Ruppert (Fred). She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
