He is survived by: his wife Leona; his children, David Ellis Jr. (Fatima), Teresa Roberge (Michael) and Scott Ellis; his grandchildren, Wesley Roberge, Gavin Ellis and Gwen Ellis; and his sisters, Barbara Blaylock, Betty Hoffman and Mary Ellen Sawyer.
