With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Douglas Gerard Kujat of Alanson, Michigan, who passed away on February 12, 2024 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Daniel Kujat and Betty Kujat; his siblings, Daniel Kujat and Denise Mahlmeister; his pet Duke; and his close friend Andy Cooper.

He is survived by : his wife Ruthann Kujat; his children, Tasha Blackburn-Krussell (Jesse) of Petoskey and Derek Kujat (Kristin) of Schimmert, Netherlands; his grandchildren, Trevor Krussell, Peter Krussell, Ellie Krussell, Olivia Kujat, Avery Kujat and Evelyn Kujat; and his siblings, Dane Kujat (Jean), Darren Kujat (Ginnie), Duane Kujat (Doty), Daryl Kujat and Danette Swann (Will). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
