He is survived by: his wife Peggy Sue Howell; his daughters, Misty Scott (Terron) of Allen, KY and Beth Fountain (Rick) of Martin, KY; and his grandchildren, Brian Howell, Devin Guarisco, Brookelyn Fountain and Damon Scott.
