He is survived by: his wife Cameron "Cammie" Bender; his mother Lenore Reed; his children, Jarod Bender (Brooke) and Megan Bender; his stepdaughters, Amanda Jones (Ben), Samantha Smith and Katie Karkau (Bryant); his grandchildren, Brady Bender, Blake Bender, Bryson Bender, Maddox Burl, Maveric Burl and Merritt Burl; his stepgrandchildren, Khloe Parr, Charlie Parr, Calvin Jones and Darien Jones; and his siblings, MaryEtta Hopkins (Dale) and Stacy Bender (Todd Wicht).
