She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, James O'Steen and Lillian O'Steen; her boyfriend Rick Chase; her children, Tonya Neill, Jeoannie Johnson (Aaron) and Michelle Lopes (Jason); her grandchildren, Jordan, Logan, Emma, Stephanie, Christopher and Kelsy; her great grandchildren, Elizabeth and Xander; her siblings, Linda, Walter, Susan, Catherine, Barbara and Michael; and her brothers-in-law, Edward and Jerry Chase.
