She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Pischel and Mary Pischel (Benson); her husband Wallace Posenke; and her sisters, Alice (Glen Thomas), Marie (Gene Straight), Janice Pischel (Vernon), Lila Pischel, Laurence, Helen Posenke, Ormal, Elaine Posenke, Esther (Al Dagenais), Joyce (Robert Nichol), Patsy (Clifford Deneau) and Irene (Louis Brunette). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
