He is survived by: his grandchildren, Sarah, Vincent, Taylor, Elizabeth, Evan, Jack, Kendall, Shelby and Luke; his great grandchildren, Ilia, Marcella, Ellie and Natalie; his siblings, Beverly, Jerry and Bill; and his wife Mary Ann Hayosh.
