He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry McCulloch and Jo Ann McCulloch (Blades); and his sister Kathy Killian. He is survived by: his wife Deborah McCulloch; his daughter Katrina Doss (Kurt); and his siblings, Greg McCulloch and Sheryl Eagle (Charlie). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
