She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Smith and Rosella Smith; her brother Ron Smith; her sister-in-law Julie Anne Ross; and her daughter-in-law Shawna Ross.

She is survived by: her husband Thomas R. Ross of Alden; her stepsons, Brian Ross (Sarah) of Lake Ann and Bradley Ross of Port Huron; her brothers, Mark Smith (Sue) of Waterford and Greg Smith (Faye) of Milford; her siblings-in-law, Darlene Smith of Mears and Dan Ross (Jan) of Portage; her grandchildren, Kurt Ross, Brett Ross (Morgan), Sean Ross (Taylor), Lauren Ross, Thomas Ross and Sampson Ross; and her great grandchild Jaxon Ross. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and friends.
