He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou; his children, Cheryl Rickert (Steve), Dawn Collins, Kelly McCardy (Robert Miller) and Gordon McCardy (Nichole); his grandchildren, Jordan Shelton, Morgan Shelton, Shane Collins, Gina Collins, Gordon McCardy and Gavin McCardy; his brother-in-law Ken Maher; his niece Sherry Cosgrove; and his nephews, Frank Russell (Annette) and Scott Russell.
