He was predeceased by: his parents, Bradley Smith and Joyce Smith (Ragle); his wife Janet Louise Smith (Stonecipher); his son Bradley; and his siblings, Bradley M. Smith, Linda Leach, Michelle Smith and Karen Bradey.
He is survived by: his son Thomas Smith (Melissa); and his grandchildren, Nicole Smith, Bradley Smith, II, Coty Smith and Andrea Smith. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
