She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilber Branch and Maxine Branch (Cary); her brother Wayne Branch; and her sister-in-law Donna Vick (Hopkins). She is survived by: her husband Theron "Terry" Hopkins; her children, Kimberly McGrody (Jason) and Jeffrey Hopkins (Susan); her grandsons, Matthew and Noah; and her brother Gerald Branch (Carolyn).
