It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Atkins (Allegan, Michigan), who passed away on September 14, 2025, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleo Mills and David Gile; his wife Beverly; and his sisters, Ella, Willie Belle and Waneta.
He is survived by: his son Gary; his granddaughters, Savannah Devine (Alan), Liza Rusan (Joseph) and Raven Ellicott; his great grandchildren, Gavin, Connor, Brayden, Emma, Marleigh and Lyric; and his brother David Gile (Diana).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Christ Community Church or to the Allegan County Youth Home, via 48th District Circuit Court Family Division, Attention Chris Dulac.
