He was predeceased by: his father John Zylema; his brother Eric Zylema; and his godmother Margaret Olson. He is survived by: his mother Rose Schenck; his stepfather Bob Schenck; his brothers, John (Nancy Zylema), Mark (Mary Zylema) and Rock (Barb Zylema); his nieces, Marian Jean Haberman, Marissa Zylema and Molly Zylema; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Joselyn Haberman, Konnor Haberman, Vincent Haberman, Zoe DeGood, Paisley DeGood and Markiha Banbur; and his stepsisters, Chrissy Henning (Bob), Hailey, Kaitlin and Taylor.
