He was predeceased by: his daughter Amber Van Klompenberg; and his parents, Wayne Klompenberg and Hazel Van Klompenberg. He is survived by: his wife Lori Van Klompenberg (Macomber); his grandchildren, Heidi, Drew Vander Wal, Kyle and Kari Van Klompenberg; his siblings, Donna, Jim Creamer and Jon Van Klompenberg; his parents-in-law, Stan (Lynn Macomber) and Berdena Ham; and his siblings-in-law, Kelly, John Sharkey, Shaun and Jayne Macomber. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
