He was predeceased by: his siblings, Evelyn Lavigne, Florence Smith, Raymond James, Harold James and Jimmy James.
He is survived by: his children, Diane Stockdale, Betsy Wheeler (Rich), Richard James (Yan Chen), Traci Perrigo (Tim), Mike Norman (Rosalee), Tim Norman (Holly), Mark Norman (Kathy) and Lisa Boulter (Jon); and his sister-in-law Jacque James. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Elara Caring Hospice Foundation, who's Home Health and Hospice Care provided love and comfort to Roy and his family over the past five years.
