Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Wayne John Kooy of Allegan, Michigan, born in Lansing, Illinois, who passed away at the age of 92, on April 28, 2024. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelius Kooy and Alice Kooy (VeldKamp); his wife Joyce Kooy (DenHartog); and his siblings, Allen Kooy, Ronald Kooy and Lorraine Wiers.
He is survived by: his children, Susan Williams (Rick), David Kooy (Elaine) and Donald Kooy (Patti); and his siblings, Dale Kooy (Shirley) and Glenn Kooy (Carrie). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Wayne's name to the First Congregational Church building fund.
