It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara A. Bernas (Allen Park, Michigan), who passed away on January 15, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Barbara A. Bernas to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her husband Robert; her son Robert L. Bernas (Luann); and her brother Donald Bosack. She is survived by : her children, Sharon Heide (Dave), Cindy Knoll (Mike), Jane Schreiber (John), Melissa Lipka (Jim), Gregory (Beth) and Michael; and her sister Marie Macauley. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be directed to St. Frances Cabrini Church.
